I feel lost, like I’m not in control of my own life.
Is that normal? Is there another way?
Hello there, I’m so glad you’re here. This is a safe, accepting space, and the change or help
you’re seeking is here.
We all have something going on. Let’s talk about what you’re dealing with. It could be
stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, maybe family management. I know those
words are simple to say, but much more powerful and complicated to live. They can all
bleed together and create other harmful situations like self-esteem or identity issues, or
problems with work, friends or school.
Maybe you feel lost or like you’re not in control, but you feel you should be, and you want
to be. You want to understand what’s going on in your head and in your life. But doing it by
yourself isn’t working. Being alone isn’t helping with the frustration or the pain.
I welcome you to take a risk and be vulnerable, because I have good news. There is hope.
You are not alone, and there is another way.
